The Peakroc® 33 m³/min 35 bar portable diesel air compressor is designed for:

  • Deep Water Well & Geothermal Drilling (500–1000 m)

  • Oilfield Gas Lift, Air Drilling, Foam Drilling

  • High-Pressure DTH Drilling in Hard Rock Mines & Quarries

  • Pipeline Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Pressure Testing

  • Jet Grouting, Micropile, and Foundation Engineering

  • Hydropower, Tunnel Construction & Underground Projects

The Peakroc® PRMD-3335 delivers a free air delivery of 33 m³/min at 35 bar (1160 cfm / 508 psi), specifically designed for high-pressure drilling, geothermal wells, oilfield operations, pipeline hydrostatic testing, and other heavy-duty applications. Powered by a high-output Cummins diesel engine and equipped with a reinforced high-pressure screw air end, this model ensures strong airflow, high-pressure stability, fuel efficiency, and reliability even in extreme jobsite environments.

High-Pressure Output for Demanding Drilling Tasks

Delivering 35 bar working pressure and 33 m³/min air volume, this compressor is ideal for deep DTH drilling, geothermal boreholes, oilfield gas lift, foam drilling and pipeline pressure testing. It ensures strong impact force and rapid cuttings discharge from the borehole.

Heavy-Duty Diesel Engine and Reinforced Frame Structure

Powered by a high-performance Cummins turbocharged diesel engine, the PRMD-3335 provides continuous high torque with low fuel consumption. The machine is built on a vibration-damped chassis with a 2 mm thick soundproof, flame-retardant steel enclosure for long-term durability under harsh conditions.

High-Efficiency Screw Air End with Enhanced Strength

Equipped with a high-pressure screw air end using an advanced SAP rotor profile, alloy steel rotors, and Sweden SKF bearings, this compressor delivers excellent compression efficiency with minimal leakage, maintaining stable performance under 35 bar continuous operation.

Dual-Stage Filtration and Enhanced Cooling System

The dual air filtration system removes over 99.9% of dust to protect both the diesel engine and air end. A high-capacity oil separator, large radiator, and optimized airflow cooling design ensure reliable performance in hot climates, desert areas, or high-altitude regions.

FAQs

35 bar offers significantly higher impact energy for down-the-hole hammers, making it ideal for deep drilling, hard rock conditions, oilfield gas lift and high-pressure pipe testing.

Typically supports 500–1000 m deep drilling depending on geological conditions, drill hammer size, and airflow demand.

It uses a high-torque Cummins industrial diesel engine, providing reliable power, low fuel consumption, and easy global service support.

Yes. It features a heavy-duty cooling system, two-stage filtration, turbo-intercooling, and a high-capacity oil separator suitable for +50°C desert operations.

Routine inspection every 250 hours, with oil and filter replacement typically every 500 hours, following Cummins and air end manufacturer standards.

Yes. In addition to trailer versions, it can be customized as skid-mounted, truck-mounted, or stationary based on field requirements.
