Peakroc® PRMD series portable air compressors with a free air delivery range of 5.00–46.38 m³/min and a working pressure of 7–35 bar, these compressors can meet the requirements of almost any industrial application.
Certifications:
ISO9001 Quality Management System
UKAS Quality Management
CE Certification (European Safety Compliance)
Peakroc® PRMD series diesel portable Screw Air Compressor are widely used in:
Water well drilling / Geothermal boreholes
Mining and quarrying air supply
Sandblasting, rust removal and surface treatment
Pipeline pressure testing and purging
Bridge and foundation anchoring / civil engineering works
The 12 m³/min 7 bar (425cfm 102psi) portable diesel screw air compressor is designed for mid- to high-demand pneumatic applications such as drilling, blasting, and construction support. It delivers continuous compressed air suitable for rotary and light DTH drilling, sandblasting, pipeline purging, and civil engineering works. The compressor uses a fuel-efficient diesel engine, high-precision air end, and reinforced towable chassis for rough field environments.
Fuel-efficient industrial diesel engine matched to 12 m³/min airflow output.
Welded frame with shock-absorbing mounting for stable towing and operation.
2 mm cold-rolled steel soundproof canopy with fire-retardant insulation.
Rotary screw air end with optimized rotor profile for large displacement at low pressure.
Alloy steel rotors and SKF bearings ensure long service life and low compression loss.
Stable output at 7 bar—ideal for drilling, sandblasting, pipeline testing and industrial air tools.
Dual-stage air intake filters protect the compressor in dusty job sites such as mines, quarries and drilling rigs.
Efficient oil-air separation maintains low oil carryover (<3 ppm).
Large service doors allow easy access to filters, separator core, belts, and fluid maintenance areas.

It is sufficient for small and medium DTH hammers and rotary drilling rigs. For deep boreholes or large-diameter hammers, higher pressure units (10–21 bar) are recommended.
At full load, fuel consumption is generally between 14–18 liters per hour, depending on the engine model and ambient temperature.
Typically G1” or G1-1/2” threaded outlets, allowing easy connection to 25–38 mm air hoses used on drills and sandblasting machines.
Yes. It is designed for continuous-duty operation as long as oil, coolant, and air filters are maintained as scheduled.
For drilling, it can be used without an aftercooler. For sandblasting, painting, or pipeline purging, an aftercooler and moisture separator are recommended to improve air quality.
Engine oil every 250 hours, air/oil filters at 500 hours, separator element approximately every 1500–2000 hours, depending on site dust levels.
