The Peakroc® PRMD-10/10 configuration provides 10 m³/min free air delivery at 10 bar (375cfm 145psi). It targets mid-to-high demand tasks where stable pressure and continuous duty are required: water-well and geothermal drilling, quarry support, medium blasting, and pipeline pressure tests. The package combines a continuous-duty diesel engine, high-efficiency screw air end, and a towable chassis designed for site moves.

Welded steel frame with vibration isolation mounts; balanced axle for safe towing.
2 mm cold-rolled steel canopy with flame-retardant acoustic lining to reduce noise and protect internals.

2) Air End & Core Components

Oil-injected rotary screw air end with precision SAP rotor profile for high volumetric efficiency.
Alloy-steel rotors on SKF bearings; tight clearances for thermal stability and limited flow drop at sustained load.
Intake, minimum-pressure and safety controls sized for 10 bar operation.

3) Filtration, Cooling & Service Access

Dual-stage air intake filtration (fine dust removal) for drilling and quarry conditions.
High-efficiency oil separation for low carryover; aftercooler interface available if dryer air is required.
