The heavy-duty frame is mounted on a shock-absorbing chassis, ensuring stability during hauling and drilling operations. The enclosure uses 2 mm cold-rolled steel with fire-retardant, sound-insulated material, suitable for tough field environments.

2. Efficient Screw Air End & Core Components

The unit is equipped with a high-performance oil-injected rotary screw air end featuring precision-machined rotors and SKF bearings. This design ensures high volumetric efficiency with low fuel consumption. The gearbox, coupling system, and intake valve are designed to withstand continuous high load under drilling or mining work.

3. Clean Air & Easy Maintenance

A dual-stage air filtration system prevents fine dust from entering the screw unit—critical for drilling, quarry, and desert environments.
