Peakroc® PRMD series diesel portable Screw Air Compressor are widely used in:
DTH drilling, rock blasting tools
100–300 m rotary & DTH borehole drilling
Road construction, anchor drilling
High-pressure continuous airflow
Pipeline Pressure Testing 10–13 bar compressed air supply
The Peakroc® 10 m³/min 13 bar (375cfm 189psi) portable diesel screw air compressor is designed for demanding drilling, mining, sandblasting and heavy-duty construction operations where stable high-pressure air is essential. It combines a fuel-efficient Cummins engine with a high-performance screw air end to deliver consistent airflow under tough working conditions.
Delivers 10 m³/min (≈ 353 cfm) at 13 bar (≈ 188 psi), suitable for DTH drilling, geothermal drilling and mining tools.
Heavy-duty diesel engine provides strong torque and low fuel consumption at continuous load.
2 mm cold-rolled steel enclosure with flame-retardant sound insulation.
Reinforced chassis with damping system for rough terrain mobility.
Skid or towable trailer-mounted structure available.
Advanced SAP rotor profile with high compression efficiency.
U.S. alloy rotor material paired with SKF bearings for extended lifespan.
Two-stage air filter removes ≥99.9% dust; oil filter ensures clean lubrication system.

Yes. Standard 7–10 bar compressors struggle to drive DTH hammers efficiently beyond 100 m depth. A 13 bar unit ensures better hammer penetration and lift in deep boreholes.
Fuel consumption is approximately 18–22 L/hour at full load. Actual usage depends on drilling resistance and ambient temperature.
Yes. It can be equipped with optional cold-start system, sand-proof air filters and engine pre-heating kits for –20 °C to +50 °C environments.
It is ideal for DTH drill bits between 90 – 138 mm (3.5–5.5 inch) in water well or mining blasting operations.
Typically equipped with Cummins 4BTA3.9/4BTAA3.9 series engines, turbocharged, with mechanical fuel injection and easy maintenance.
Air filter: 250 hours (dusty areas 100 hours).
Oil filter: 500 hours.
Compressor oil: 1,000 hours or once per year.
