VIEW SPECIFICATIONS

The Peakroc® 34 m³/min 25 bar portable diesel air compressor is designed for:

  • Deep Water Well Drilling & Geothermal Drilling (300–800m)

  • High-Pressure DTH Drilling in Mining & Quarry Blasting

  • Oil & Gas Field Operations / Gas Lift / Foam Drilling

  • Pipeline Pressure Testing (Hydrostatic & Pneumatic leak tests)

  • Foundation Engineering: Anchor Piles, Micro-Piles, Jet Grouting

  • Industrial Sandblasting, Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering

The Peakroc® PRMD-3425 delivers an impressive 34 m³/min free air delivery at 25 bar (1200 cfm / 363 psi), specially designed for deep water well drilling, geothermal drilling, oil and gas field operations, high-pressure DTH drilling, pipeline pressure testing, and other demanding applications. Equipped with a high-torque Cummins diesel engine, high-pressure screw air end, and reinforced heavy-duty chassis, this unit combines strong airflow, high-pressure output, fuel efficiency, and long-lasting durability in extreme field environments.

High-Pressure & Large-Flow Output

Delivering 34 m³/min at 25 bar, this compressor provides the high-pressure air supply required for deep borehole drilling, high-resistance strata, air-lifting, foam drilling, and oilfield operations. Its stable pressure output minimizes drilling downtime and ensures efficient cuttings removal.

Powerful Diesel Engine and Robust Structure

Powered by a heavy-duty Cummins turbocharged diesel engine, the PRMD-3425 provides high torque and low fuel consumption. The reinforced damped chassis, anti-impact tow bar, and 2 mm sound-proof steel enclosure ensure superior reliability on remote, uneven, or harsh terrains.

High-Efficiency Screw Air End Built for High Pressure

Equipped with a high-pressure screw air end using an advanced SAP rotor profile, alloy steel rotors, and Sweden SKF bearings, the compressor maintains high compression efficiency while withstanding 25 bar continuous operation without deformation or excessive wear.

Advanced Filtration and Cooling System

The dual-stage heavy-duty air filtration system removes 99.9% of dust and particles, protecting both the engine and air end. A high-capacity oil separator, large radiator, and optimized airflow cooling system ensure consistent performance in hot climates or dust-heavy drilling environments.

FAQs

25 bar provides significantly higher impact energy for DTH hammers, enabling deeper drilling, faster penetration, and better performance in hard rock and high-resistance formations.

Typically suitable for 450–800 m water well drilling or geothermal boreholes, depending on hammer size, rock hardness, and drill pipe diameter.

It uses a high-performance Cummins diesel engine, ensuring strong torque, high reliability, and easy access to global service parts.

Yes. Its 25 bar pressure level makes it ideal for pipeline pressure testing, gas lift, wellhead cleaning, nitrogen displacement, and other oilfield applications.

It comes with a large-capacity cooling system, dual-stage air filters, high-efficiency oil separator, and optionally a sand-proof intake system for extreme environments.

Routine checks every 250 hours, oil and filter replacement around 500 hours, as per Cummins and screw air end manufacturer recommendations.
