The Peakroc® PRMD-2220 delivers a free air delivery of 22 m³/min at 20 bar (780 cfm / 290 psi), specifically engineered for high-pressure applications such as deep water well drilling, geothermal drilling, geothermal pile foundation, pipeline pressure testing, and oilfield operations. Equipped with a high-performance Cummins diesel engine and a heavy-duty screw air end, it ensures strong airflow, high pressure stability, and outstanding performance under extreme site conditions.
With a rated output of 22 m³/min at 20 bar, this compressor is ideal for high-pressure drilling, reverse circulation, and long-distance pneumatic applications. The consistent pressure output ensures smooth drilling penetration and efficient air flushing in deep borehole conditions.
Powered by a fuel-efficient Cummins diesel engine, the PRMD-2220 guarantees stable power, low fuel consumption, and reliable operation in remote job sites. The reinforced steel chassis and sound-proof enclosure provide excellent protection against impacts, vibration, and harsh outdoor environments.
Using an SAP rotor profile screw air end with American alloy steel rotors and Sweden SKF bearings, the system ensures high compression efficiency and long service life. The design reduces internal leakage and enhances output stability under high-pressure conditions.
A dual-stage air filtration system removes up to 99.9% of dust and fine particles, protecting both engine and air end. The high-efficiency oil separator and large fuel tank enable long continuous operation while reducing maintenance intervals.

A 20 bar compressor provides higher impact force and deeper penetration, making it ideal for deep well drilling, geothermal boreholes, and pipeline pressure testing where higher air pressure is required.
It is typically used for drilling depths of 300–600 meters, depending on geological conditions, drill hammer size, and air consumption of the drilling rig.
It is equipped with a high-performance Cummins turbocharged diesel engine, ensuring high torque output, fuel efficiency, and reliable performance across demanding field operations.
Yes. Its 20 bar working pressure meets the requirements of high-pressure air flushing, gas lift operations, nitrogen replacement, and pipeline hydrostatic/air tightness testing.
The unit features a two-stage heavy-duty air filtration system, combined with an efficient oil separator and optional sand-proof inlet system for desert or mining environments.
Routine servicing is recommended every 250–500 working hours, including air filter replacement, oil filter checks, engine oil change, and separator maintenance as per Cummins and air end manufacturer guidelines.
