The Peakroc® 27 m³/min 12 bar diesel portable air compressor is suitable for:
Mining & Quarrying – DTH drilling, blasthole drilling, pneumatic tools
Water Well & Borehole Drilling – Stable air delivery for 200–400 m deep wells
Pipeline Pressure Testing & Leak Detection
Construction & Foundation Engineering – Anchor drilling, bridge building, micro-piling
Sandblasting & Surface Treatment – Ship repair, steel structure cleaning
Hydropower & Infrastructure Projects
The Peakroc® PRMD-2712 delivers a free air delivery of 27 m³/min at 12 bar (950 cfm / 174 psi), making it an ideal power source for drilling, mining, sandblasting, pipeline pressure testing, and large-scale construction projects. Equipped with a high-performance Cummins diesel engine, advanced screw air end, and a reinforced sound-proof steel enclosure, it ensures strong airflow, fuel efficiency, and long-term durability even in the harshest field environments.
The compressor is powered by a fuel-efficient Cummins diesel engine, ensuring strong power output and reliable operation in remote and demanding job sites. Its robust damping chassis and 2 mm cold-rolled steel enclosure provide outstanding structural strength and resistance to vibration, wear, and corrosion.
Using a latest-generation screw air end with SAP rotor profile, combined with American alloy steel rotors and Sweden SKF bearings, the compressor offers high compression efficiency, lower energy loss, and prolonged service life for continuous 24/7 field operations.
A two-stage heavy-duty air filtration system removes up to 99.9% of dust and contaminants, protecting the air end and extending engine life. The high-efficiency oil separator and filter ensure clean lubrication, reducing maintenance frequency and operational downtime.
The unit can be configured as wheel-mounted or skid-mounted according to application needs. Large fuel tank, wide-opening service doors, and centralized maintenance points make it easy to transport, install, and service in mining areas, drilling fields, or construction sites.

The 12 bar version offers higher discharge pressure, making it more suitable for deep drilling, foundation construction, and pipeline testing where stronger impact force and deeper penetration are required.
Yes. Its 12 bar pressure and 27 m³/min air volume make it ideal for DTH (Down-the-Hole) drilling, geothermal drilling, and medium-to-deep water well projects.
It is powered by a Cummins six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, delivering high torque, fuel efficiency, and stable performance under continuous heavy work.
The unit features a sound-proof enclosure with flame-retardant acoustic foam, a damped heavy-duty frame, and optimized airflow channels to effectively reduce noise and vibration.
Routine checks of air filters, oil filters, separator elements, engine oil, and coolant are recommended every 250–500 hours depending on usage conditions.
Yes. It is designed for high-temperature deserts, cold mountain areas, and dusty mining sites with features such as large-capacity cooling systems and heavy-duty filtration.
