PeakRoc® 15 m³/min 18 bar compressor is ideal for high-pressure and high-air-demand applications, including:
Water well drilling & geothermal boreholes
DTH hammer drilling & mining quarries
Pipeline pressure testing and leak detection (gas, oil, water lines)
Sandblasting, abrasive blasting & surface treatment
Hydropower, railway and infrastructure foundations
The PeakRoc® PRMD-1518 portable diesel screw air compressor provides 15 m³/min of compressed air at 18 bar (530 cfm / 261 psi), making it suitable for deep drilling operations, pipeline pressure testing, and other high-pressure applications.
Equipped with a heavy-duty diesel engine and high-efficiency screw air end, it delivers stable air output in remote, dusty, or high-temperature job sites where electric power is not available.
Industrial-grade diesel engine provides consistent torque under full load.
Reinforced towable chassis with shock-absorbing mounts for rough terrains.
2 mm cold-rolled steel canopy with flame-retardant and noise-insulated lining.
Designed for long-term field operation with easy service access.
Oil-injected screw air end designed for 18 bar continuous working pressure.
Precision-machined rotors, SKF bearings, and low oil carryover design.
Optimized cooling system for compressor, engine, and intercooler ensures continuous operation even in 45 °C environments.
Two-stage heavy-duty air filtration removes up to 99.9% dust for drilling and mining environments.
High-performance oil separator ensures clean compressed air and extended service life of pneumatic tools.
Large doors for straightforward access to filters, oil separator, belts and engine components.

It is suitable for 4–6 inch DTH hammers, geothermal drilling and deep boreholes where high pressure and airflow are required.
This model is usually powered by a Cummins or Yuchai diesel engine, depending on configuration and export market requirements.
Yes. The 18 bar pressure is ideal for hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests on gas, oil and water pipelines.
On average between 14–18 L/hour at full load, depending on altitude, temperature and drilling resistance.
For drilling, not mandatory. For pipeline testing, coating, sandblasting or instrument air, using an air dryer/aftercooler is recommended.
– Engine oil: every 250 working hours
– Air filter: every 500 hours or sooner in dusty areas
– Oil separator element: around 1,000 hours
– Compressor air end service: 8,000–10,000 hours depending on operation conditions
