  • Public utility repair vehicles & mobile service operations

  • Small-scale quarry support or secondary drilling operations

Peakroc® PRMD-0707 portable Diesel Screw Air Compressor with 7.5m³/min 7bar(265cfm 102psi).  Peakroc® PRMD series have features and advantages as follows:

1. Reliable Power and Strong Structure

With a higher air delivery of 7 m³/min at 7 bar, this model is equipped with a more powerful diesel engine compared to smaller 5 m³/min units. It maintains fuel efficiency while delivering extra airflow needed for continuous sandblasting, dual pneumatic tools, or site operations. The reinforced chassis is vibration-damped and wear-resistant, allowing stable towing and operation across road construction sites, shipyards, and outdoor maintenance areas. Its 2 mm cold-rolled steel enclosure combined with flame-retardant sound-absorbing materials ensures structural strength, safety, and lower noise emissions.

2. High-Efficiency Air End and Core Components

This compressor integrates a high-performance screw air end optimized for mid-range output. The SAP rotor profile improves volumetric efficiency, ensuring stable airflow at 7 bar without pressure drop. Core components—such as American alloy steel rotors and Sweden SKF bearings—are built to support longer operating hours, especially in applications like continuous sandblasting or air-driven drilling support. The engine–air end pairing is balanced to deliver strong torque while keeping mechanical wear and energy loss to a minimum.

3. Clean Air System and Application Suitability

A two-stage air filtration system captures up to 99.9% of dust, making it well-suited for abrasive environments like sandblasting, rust removal, ship maintenance, and industrial painting. The oil filtration system protects internal lubrication circuits, reducing maintenance intervals and extending engine and rotor life. Optional skid-mounted or towable trailer configurations offer flexibility for mobile workshops, construction teams, and utility service vehicles.

FAQs

This model is ideal for road crack sealing, asphalt pavement repair, sandblasting of guardrails, pneumatic drilling, and operating tools like jackhammers or pavement breakers. Its airflow of 7m³/min provides steady air supply for single or dual heavy-duty pneumatic tools.

Yes. The diesel engine is equipped with an efficient cooling system and large-capacity radiator. The screw air end adopts thermal protection and lubrication control, allowing stable operation in 45°C ambient temperature—ideal for summer road works.

Because most pneumatic road tools (air hammers, drill rods, tire inflation, blowing dust) require 6–7 bar working pressure. 7 bar provides optimal efficiency while avoiding unnecessary fuel consumption compared with 10 bar models.

Yes.

  • 1 jackhammer = approx. 1.5–2.0 m³/min

  • 1 pavement drill = approx. 2.5–3.0 m³/min

This 7m³/min compressor can power two jackhammers simultaneously or one jackhammer + one air blowing gun stably.

Yes. The 7m³/min 7 bar output is enough for:

  • Concrete breaker hammer
  • Drilling of anchor holes in asphalt/concrete
  • Sandblasting for surface rust removal

However, if operating multiple large breakers or continuous drilling, the 10m³/min or 13m³/min models are recommended.
