It maintains fuel efficiency while delivering extra airflow needed for continuous sandblasting, dual pneumatic tools, or site operations. The reinforced chassis is vibration-damped and wear-resistant, allowing stable towing and operation across road construction sites, shipyards, and outdoor maintenance areas. Its 2 mm cold-rolled steel enclosure combined with flame-retardant sound-absorbing materials ensures structural strength, safety, and lower noise emissions.

2. High-Efficiency Air End and Core Components

This compressor integrates a high-performance screw air end optimized for mid-range output. The SAP rotor profile improves volumetric efficiency, ensuring stable airflow at 7 bar without pressure drop. Core components—such as American alloy steel rotors and Sweden SKF bearings—are built to support longer operating hours, especially in applications like continuous sandblasting or air-driven drilling support. The engine–air end pairing is balanced to deliver strong torque while keeping mechanical wear and energy loss to a minimum.
